If your business uses order numbers or invoice numbers, you can add them to the sales you track. This feature is off by default, and can be easily turned on. Go into the Settings screen and turn on the Order Number switch under Additional Sales Fields. Now when creating a new sale, you will be able to enter an optional order number.

The size of text displayed in all lists in the Sales app respects your system settings. This means you can increase or decrease the text size to whatever is most comfortable to your eyes. Adjusting the text size is done from your iPhone or iPad's Accessibility settings. To change the text size, look under Settings > General > Accessibility > Larger Text.

One of the signature features of Narvata is the Dashboard, which gives you instant reports about your sales trends, best customers, top products, monthly expenses etc.

All Dashboard reports allow filtering data by date. To filter your reports, tap the Filter button in the top right corner. If you apply a date filter, remember to reset it when you're done.
To export the currently visible report to a PDF file, tap the PDF button in the top right corner. The exported PDF can be printed or shared via any file sharing apps like Dropbox, Google Drive, Box etc.
Adding photos to your products and customers creates a much more personalized sales tracking experience. To add a photo, simply tap on a product or customer, then select the Edit button in the top right hand corner and Add Photo.
Besides sales, Narvata also allows tracking your business expenses on iPhone and iPad. Photos of receipts and vendors can be attached to your expenses.
The photos you attach to your sales, customers, products and expenses are synced and stored in the cloud, so they will be available on any device where you use Narvata.
